An Affordable Gem with Cozy Touches
A good stay with friendly service! The room had charming decor and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We loved grabbing breakfast at the nearby cafe on Earls Court Road, with its generous portions and warm atmosphere. Pro tip, book early for the best rates!

Rooms could greatly benefit from better soundproofing!!! Investing in more comfortable seating options would enhance the stay!!! A more thoughtful layout for room fixtures, like bedside sockets, would be ideal!!!

I was accommodated at the room on -1 floor. It looked like a box for a dog but not as a room in the hotel.Very durty with the small vindow looking to a well(lower ground). There was no cupboard in the room. When I asked to give me another room I was refused. I have never found myself in such an awfull situation and I am very upset and disappointed with this situation.

For long visit (about 8 days and more) thay have a better room - bigger, wormer etc.
Poor choice for breakfast: tost with cheap cheese and korn flacs with milk, and the same every day

comfortable stay but with minor issues
The cleanliness of the room stood out , with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was tidy. The presence of essentials like an electric kettle for quick tea and coffee was also appreciated.
The air conditioning in the room could have been more effective during the hotter days.
